Sea Moss is a natural red algae that contains 92 of the 102 essential minerals and vitamins A, B, B12, C and K that your body needs.

Refrigerate upon arrival. Jars can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Extra jars can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. When ready to use- leave out over night then move to the fridge.

Instructions:

1-2 tbsp is the daily recommended amount to consume. Add it to your favorite smoothie, yogurt, apple sauce ect. get creative! or enjoy it plain (maybe with a little bit of honey to mask the ocean taste!)

You can apply the sea moss directly to the face as a skin care mask as well as to clean wet hair as a hair mask. let it sit for 15-20 mins and rinse with cool water.

Absolutely Life Changing!

My sister recommended me to A Ginger and Moss and my boyfriend and I are currently on our second bottles of sea moss and we are absolutely obsessed! I used to dread taking all of my vitamins daily and constantly forgot, but now taking our sea moss is the first thing we do in the morning because of how good it makes us feel! I have always struggled with gut and skin health and ever since I’ve started taking sea moss it has immensely helped! I am in love with this product! I have been using the sea moss gel and taking the capsules for about 10 days now and my results so far are incredible. I noticed my breakouts starting to clear and the overall appearance of my skin is starting to look better and glowy :) i have also been a daily smoker for the past 5 years and I already feel my lungs way more clear which is amazing! I am in love with sea moss!! I have been taking the sea moss plus capsules for about a month (I skipped a few days in between because life, but overall about a month) and I have had nothing but positive results! As someone who suffers from gut issues, seasonal allergies, and mood issues, I have found that sea moss capsules have helped improved all of these things for me! I have also been able to take less supplements daily because the capsules have all 102 minerals my body needs. Definitely worth the $40, and definitely worth the try. This shit works!!!! Will be ordering my second bottle as soon as payday hits (:
