Where to begin; the benefits of this super multivitamin! I have been taking 4 seamoss capsules everyday for over 6 months. My skin is thriving, glowing and is more clear than it has ever been. I am in love with sea moss!! I have been taking the sea moss plus capsules for about a month (I skipped a few days in between because life, but overall about a month) and I have had nothing but positive results! As someone who suffers from gut issues, seasonal allergies, and mood issues, I have found that sea moss capsules have helped improved all of these things for me! I have also been able to take less supplements daily because the capsules have all 102 minerals my body needs. Definitely worth the $40, and definitely worth the try. This shit works!!!!
